Rates, fees and time tiers. Versioned - never edited in place.
Live sessions are protected. Each session records the tariff version it started on, so a price change mid-charge never re-prices it. Changes reach the app immediately - no release needed - and every change is audit logged.

Billing models
How sessions can be priced. Energy and time bill live; idle and flat are configured capabilities.
Bill for the exact energy the vehicle draws - the fairest, default model.
Bill for connector occupancy. A fast charge that used less time still pays the full session in full.
Keep chargers moving - applied once the car is full but still plugged in.
A single fixed price for a full charge, regardless of energy or time.

Pre-auth hold would be LKR 21,400. Final capture is based on actual kWh.
Reservations & booking
Hold a specific machine with an upfront wallet fee
Adjustable ≈ USD 1-5. Held from the customer wallet at the moment of booking.
- 1. Driver reserves a machine → LKR 2,500 ($1) held from wallet.
- 2. Arrives within 5 min and scans the machine QR → hold is applied to the charge.
- 3. Total billed = reservation hold + energy/time used.
- Late: grace window elapses → hold forfeit, slot released to the next driver.
Reservation hold LKR 2,500 + charge LKR 12,500.
Operator runs as a certified Charge Point Operator with compliant metering & session tracking, per the local energy regulator. The hold is taken from the customer wallet. Arrive and scan the machine QR within the grace window, or the hold is forfeit and the slot is released to the next driver.
