Two of these deserve a sentence

Not all flags are equal

ocpp_2_0_1 - enabling this globally would be wrong

Only CP-KOL-03-A speaks 2.0.1. The other six chargers are 1.6J and would be sent messages they cannot parse. This flag needs to be per-charger, not per-platform - turning it on here is a fleet outage, not a feature launch.

idle_fees - off for a reason

Charging people for leaving a car plugged in is defensible, but only if they were told first. The tariff and the customer comms need to exist before the switch moves, or the first a customer hears of it is on their receipt.
